Navigating through the various transitions, adjustments, and stressors during the "University College experience" can be a time of excitement, joy, worry, and stress. I understand how college, graduate experiences and life transitions can increase stress and begin to impact emotional well-being, relationships, or individual performance.

I provide young adults and university graduates with support through college, job adjustment, and life stressors. 

My goal is to help individuals alleviate and manage unhelpful thoughts or behaviors that get in the way of everyday life and tasks. I look forward to guiding you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.
